The trilogy that crossed every line.

Experience the most wildly outrageous ride in horror history as THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE: THE COMPLETE TRILOGY brings all three infamous films together in 4k Dolby Vision for the first time.

From deranged Dr. Heiter’s “groundbreaking” experiment to copycat chaos and full‑blown prison absurdity, each installment escalates the madness to gloriously grotesque new heights. It’s shocking, it’s over-the-top, and it knows exactly how far it’s pushing things, then gleefully goes even further.

Packed with jaw-dropping moments, pitch-black humor, and a wink to its own notoriety, this trilogy has become a cult phenomenon that dares you to look. And dares you not to.
