Shipping Policy

At Open Frame Media, we know collectors expect their orders to arrive safely. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your movies arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Preorders

Preorder items ship once they are received from our distributors. Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the order will generally ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping Rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more.

  • Shipping charges for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Open Frame Media is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Packaging

Every order is securely packaged to help protect collectible items during transit. We take extra care with limited editions, steelbooks, and other premium releases.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the best solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Open Frame Media is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
