Preorder Policy

Please review the following information before placing a preorder.

Release Dates

All preorder release dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change without notice. If a release date changes, your order will ship as soon as we receive the product.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time you place your preorder. This guarantees your copy is reserved.

Shipping

Preorders ship as soon as inventory is received and processed. While we strive to ship on or before the release date whenever possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to supplier, carrier, or weather-related delays.

Orders Containing In-Stock and Preorder Items

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order will generally be held until all items are available and shipped together.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders or contact us before ordering to discuss available options. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Limited Editions

Many boutique label releases and steelbooks are produced in limited quantities. Placing a preorder does not guarantee fulfillment if our distributor reduces or cancels our allocation. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

Preorder cancellations may be requested before your order has shipped. If your preorder has already been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
