What Is A Preorder?

Preorder items are products available for purchase before their official release date or before inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Release dates are provided by distributors and studios and may change without notice.

Release Date Changes

Boutique labels and distributors occasionally delay releases due to manufacturing, shipping, or licensing issues.

If a release date changes, your order will ship once inventory is received.

Shipping Information

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order are available unless separate orders are placed.

If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders for preorder and in-stock products.

Packaging

Collector condition matters to us.

All orders are packed securely using boxes and protective packaging materials to help ensure items arrive safely.

Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding cancellation requests.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Import Releases

Imported titles may occasionally experience additional delays related to international shipping, customs, or distributor availability.
